1. I've just told my ex that he's an unmitigated jerk

1. I have cancelled my 16yo's phone plan.

V unlike me to get so cross. Then I remembered it's just a week till Christmas and I always end up getting unreasonably annoyed with at least one person. Sorry world.

What has your 16 year old done? Is it linked to the jerk?

It is a stressful time. Give yourself chance to breathe before you make rash decisions.

Won't answer his phone to me. I explained that seeing as the plan isn't working I decided to cancel it.

A calendar would be easier and less stressful

I sincerely doubt it. Does absolutely nothing to mitigate arseholery or teenage belligerence.

Pick your battles op.
My teen not having a phone is worse for me as I need to know where they are.

I know it’s Christmas when my youngest has god almighty tantrums regularly and smashes the place up.
