To think that facial massage is a whole load of rubbish and doesn't work??

For a puffy face that retains fluid?
What does work in your experience ?

It definately helps the puffiness around my eyes and sinuses.

Is there a medical reason for your oedema? Perhaps thats why massage isn't helping.
