Is it too early yet? I like to plan ahead and I'm looking for inspiration.

So far mine are going to be:
-take part in a Park Run, having just completed the None to Run programme
-write down 3 things that I'm grateful for, every day for the whole year

Hit me with yours, if it's not too soon?

It must be to lose the fifteen stones I've put on in the last eighteen months by binge eating. 😭

SmugglersHaunt · 10/12/2023 23:41

Try and get a grip on my finances and write more. Oh, and try to be less anxious

JamMakingWannaBe · 10/12/2023 23:43

To keep a diary for DD8. Just a note of things she did at school, dates teeth fell out, funny things she says etc. I used to write one and I feel a bit guilty as she's had an eventful year and there's no real record of it so I'd like to start again.

To get off my phone.

To change my work strategy as it's not working well for me at the moment (self employed)

whyamiawakestill · 10/12/2023 23:45

Mine are all self care related, I've spent far too long working long hours and treating my poor body badly, sitting g fur hours, grabbing snacks.

To not make any new year resolutions.

PoppyCup · 10/12/2023 23:51

To eat meat just once a week and only buy it from really reputable sources where animals are kept well. No more cheap supermarket chicken and beef.

To completely declutter the house as we plan to put it on the market (but even if we don't sell, the clear-out needs doing.)

To get back into regular exercise four times a week. I let it slide and I miss it.
