To look for a new job after just 2 weeks?

I left my current job because frankly I was severely underpaid and they never trained me. I stuck it out for 2 years and then got my job now.

My new manager has had barely anything to do with me, the onboarding I was promised is just the generic new starter (which 80% isn’t relevant to my role). The wider team are not friendly, none said a word to me.

I’ve already been approached for another job - do I stick it out or try somewhere else?

Go somewhere else.

If you don't like it and they're not making you feel welcome and helping you get started move somewhere else.

Go elsewhere!! You're just a number to them, you need to do what makes you happy. I left a long term recently for a new job , mainly due to pay and better hours but it was horrible!! Got no training, thrown in the deep end(which I don't mind but not when iv not been shown how to use the various databases etc) and my manager who I worked alone with was horrible. Sighed if I asked questions etc. I stuck it out as we're building a house and renting but they let me go to, due to me "asking the same thing and not taking reasonable instructions from my manager". Such a load of BS but I filed my complaint with HR as I'm not the first person this happened to. Just accepted a dream job yesterday and couldn't be happier!
I wish I had of just left that job as I was so unhappy and would of saved me the humiliation but all worked out in the end!

Go now while you can get away without giving much notice
