To think perimenopause=mild pregnancy symptoms

What fresh hell is this.Im 44.and currently on the combined pill,have been for 10 yrs since ds was born.
Sore nipples all the time,nausea and period like cramps.
Took an early response test and negative thank fuck.
Is this usual?

I don't know but I'm there too. If I was about three months pregnant (but stomach looks further along) I'd feel like this.

I have heard (horror) stories where a woman thought she was menopausal but was actually pregnant 😱 so I presume it must be common enough.
