Sex with daycare teachers

Do I have the right to feel like it down right wrong for my son's dad to be sleeping with not one but two of my son's daycare teachers...what can I do about it? If I do do something about it do I just look like the jealous ex?? I feel like it a boundary that just shouldn't have been crossed by him or them and it's making my pick ups and drop offs awkward to the point I want to change daycare....what do I do??

What sort of setting is this? If it's a nursery, then I think it's a professional boundary that the staff shouldn't cross. I'd be removing DC from that setting if it were a nursery.

If it's a childminder, then I think it's a bit more tricky, although it's a regulated service so there might be a similar professional code that this falls within.

As for looking jealous, who cares! It's your DC's interests you're looking out for here. The staff shagging their dad have a duty to keep their relationship with parents professional at all times.

YANBU. Report the staff to the nursery manager. And change your dc’s nursery.

If you move them to new childcare, he’ll probably start shagging them too. Is your child happy there? If so, leave them, Sooner or later they will understand why he’s your ex.

Change daycare and tell the manager why. So unprofessional from the teachers and the dad is just an ass. You won't look like a jealous ex as long as you don't go in emotional about it.

Ask the manager if there is a staff policy about workers having relationships with the parents of children who currently attend

Most nurseries have policies around not having inappropriate relationships with parents. I’d speak with the manager

I am pretty certain they are in breach of their contract. If you have evidence (including him telling you this), I would speak to the manager.
If it is just a hunch, I would leave it.

Booked in a daycare tour at a new centre Thursday I'll be doing all the pick ups and drops offs :)
