To feel like I may as well be single

BF has a fairly new job which requires him to be up at 3am. He works 5 on 3 off 12hr days.

I feel this has impacted on our relationship as he goes to bed a couple of hours before me now and before he goes to bed he falls in and out of sleep on the sofa, he’s always really tired on his first day off and our sex life is getting less and less.

I honestly feel sometimes I may as well just be single as our relationship feels non existent when he’s working. AIBU to feel like this. He works to pay his half of the bills and not to support me before anyone thinks I’m selfish.

YANBU. My ex did a similar pattern 3am-12.30pm x4, 3 days off. Sorry to say, I saw a big mood change alongside the shift change. With other things, I think this played a big factor in the downfall of our relationship.
Although that's not to say your story will end the same.
