Hi I would really appreciate any advice from other mums
currently separating from my partner and can afford shared ownership as a single mum.
im not sure if a small 2 bed house or 2 bed apartment would be better
i would really appreciate any opinions from anyone who’s been in similar positions.
naturally I’d love for my child (2 year old) to have a garden but an apartment is slightly cheaper and money will be tight the first year in the house before he gets his 30 free hours.
the apartment is also slightly bigger just based on square footage not counting the garden
