What are these spots/balls behind ds ear? (Photo)

Should I be concerned or is this normal? Noticed in the last week, I don't think they were there before but could be wrong. Don't want to waste a gp appointment if they are supposed to be there. They are hard to touch and unmovable, like a bb pellet under his skin. One on the other ear.

Pretty sure they are just part of the anatomy of an ear. If I feel behind my ears I have two bumps around where those are.

They are just blocked pores, like whiteheads.

They look like blocked pores to me.

They're probably just spots. I get them a lot, they really stand out because there's very little "flesh" on that part of the body. They generally disappear after a week or so.
