Moved into flat in disrepair, landlord having lots of work done

When we viewed a couple of months ago, the issues weren't apparent and since we've been here we've discovered:

Dirty flat even though contract said it would be professionally cleaned
Fridge was broken
Oven was broken
Lights faulty
Bathroom extractor fan faulty
Shower broken
Bath seals old
Doors need to be rehanged
Blind faulty

The latest thing is the kitchen sink and bathroom basin not draining away. The landlord was convinced some acid would fix it, but of course the issue returned. The handymen have discovered the pipes are completely clogged with grease with only a tiny hole for the passage of water. It will take them more than 3 days to fix, during which time our living room is full of the contents of the cupboards and the kitchen is unusable.

The previous tenants were here 5 years, so I'd expect the landlords to investigate the flat fully and fix any issues before we moved in. I'm now really annoyed with the disruption to us so they can receive rent, rather than do their job while the flat was empty.

Is there anything I can do?
