Sorry for the shouty title. Please tell me there is someone on here who has a Halo Zummi Tandem buggy frame that they’re willing to sell to me?
My DD is 2 and has Autism. She really loves sensory seeking and enjoys being in really tight spaces. I saw her sitting in the basket under the buggy a few days ago and as soon as I managed to get her out, I saw the basket was broken. It’s quite a big basket and I use it for all of our shopping trips!
I have looked everywhere. I’ve looked on Ebay, Vinted, Marketplace and ofc Google. Because of how the basket is attached to the buggy, the company doesn’t sell replacement ones. I’ve looked at universal baskets and none of them will fit on our buggy. I’ve also seen buggy frames for sale but no one has mine for sale!!
I’ve even desperately messaged people who are selling the whole unit asking them if they’d be happy to sell the frame at some point. One woman is happy to help but it’s collection only from bloody LEEDS (I’m in SW London) and won’t have it delivered as she isn’t sure how to package it. I said she could just use bubble wrap and black bags but she’s understandably unsure about doing that.
The worst thing is that the manufacturer very kindly gave us a new frame as the brakes had stopped working. We were outside of the 1 year warranty but they helped us out anyway. That was only 2 months ago so I can’t exactly go back to them!! Anyway I’m rambling. Does anyone have this frame just sitting somewhere in storage that they’d be happy to sell to me? Or any ideas on anything else I can do? Helpppppp
