Health care professionals would you want a card from a

service user that you’ve had an up and down working relationship. The card would be more about thanking them for the help they have done in the past.

I am an nhs medical secretary and I think they would appreciate this. Both as it shows they are valued and also I’m asked to scan and upload these things as they are often shown in their appraisal. Plus it’s just nice as often ppl only take time to complain rather than compliment

Yes. A heartfelt card is the best thing you can give IMO. I keep all mine, have re-read them after a bad shift, and have used them for my revalidation.
