To expect to be paid for the 38 hour OT I did

All agreed. All enhanced pay, I did the shifts to cover my boys Christmas presents,

Payslip has come through,

It's not there. Management are saying there is nothing they can do. It was the roster system delaying approving it. It's about £700.

The same thing will also probably happen next month (two enhanced 13 hour shifts to be paid in December!)

Are you NHS? This happened to me, the people who put the eroster stuff through said there was no record of me doing the extra hours. (I did) my line manager had the proof so they put it through on the second payment run of that month.

Management have assured me the shifts are on there.

Hope you get sorted. Our payroll is outsourced to someone called elfs so queries are not always easy.
