Has anyone ever successfully sold through AXS?

Can you recoup the service charge/transaction fee?

I bought 4 tickets in one go, but only want to sell 2...is that possible?

I sold tickets on AXS for an event last week and will lose £10 overall on what I paid, because of the fees and they cap the selling price. It takes up to 10 working days I think to be paid the money and I keep checking my account every day to see whether it's in, so will update you once I have received it. It does make me nervous!

I did late last year. Put up for sale on AxS app but eventually resold via StubHub. I contacted AXS crappy customer support via web chat to do it.

I was so relieved to recoup, after having bought extremely expensive tickets to a kpop gig at O2 then realised I’d bought the wrong ones and had to shell out all over again!

I sold some Fall Out Boy tickets a couple of weeks ago. It was fine and the money appeared within the time frame with no issue at all. I think they did keep transaction fee but I would expect that anyway.

When is the event? You cannot transfer (ie sell outside axs) until a couple of weeks before the event.

Until then you will only be able to resell through them.

Hi guys. I sold some tickets but only just realised (2 days after the event) that I hadn't uploaded my bank account details. I am surprised they didn't prompt me and ask for these!! Anyway will I get paid if my bank account details weren't in the system when they actually sold?! Thank you!!!

I sold a ticket (1 out of 3 bought) as one member of group was too sick to go on the morning of the gig. It sold within about 5 mins, (Bruuuuccccccceeeeeee!!) i hadn’t uploaded my bank details but when I did the money came through. They cap the resale at 10% more than you paid, I clicked a few buttons in the app and my ticket was up for sale. It was so easy, a nice system as we would have lost the money otherwise. Gives people opportunity to go to gigs, and others to recoup otherwise lost money.
