Posting here for traffic...

DD 15 has recently decided she's a huge Swiftie so I obviously didn't get a code for the ticket sales.

Been looking on AXS and Ticketmaster every day and a couple of days ago, a pair of tickets popped up on AXS for Wembley on 17th August 2024.

I bought them, but am having a mild panic they're not real or won't be accepted at the gate so can someone put my mind at ease and reassure me I've done all the checks to ensure these are going to be real and get us in (before I give them to DD for Xmas).

Purchased via the AXS app, they were listed as 'official resale' tickets, they weren't massively overinflated price wise, I have a mobile ticket QR code thingy to show at the door, had an email through from the official AXS email address with my name on, saying I had bought the tickets but there isnt any seat/buyer details on the qr code, only the concert date and time.

Any reassurance appreciated :)

I think via AXS they will be fine.

Sorry, but it sounds like they’re genuine, and if you’re with a 15 year old you won’t be able to drink your way through it. Thoughts and prayers.

This doesn't sound quite right to me. I tried the other day on Ticketmaster as my DD is desperate to go and there were tickets but you had to put the code in to be able to purchase.

I would ring their customer services and check. You only get issued e-tickets literally 3 or 4 days before the concert., they have a floating bar code on that gets you in.

Via AXS will be fine

Via AXS should be fine. I don’t think you need a code for resale.

I'm a die hard swiftie (got tickets for next year) and this genuinely made me cackle 😂 thank you!

AXS is fine - I’ve bought resale tickets from there and sold some on there too.

Phew! Thanks, all.

@LadyLadyMacB - biggest laugh I've had this week - thanks!
