I was in my previous job for 15 years, I had reached a point where I was unable to progress any further, financial or status, additionally I should add my work did carry risks to my safety as I would deal with aggressive people in a security manner.
However the pros were my work rota was flexible and I got on with the fellow staff.
I left amicably and started a new job in a higher paying role, I'm still currently in the training part, however the store I'm training in, I'm being spoken to like dirt from so called colleagues, and even only a week in, I am being moaned at with my speed, and I have been directly told that I'm expected to be working at the same speed as they are (they have years of experience I have 1 week)
I am so tempted to contact my old work to see if I can come back.
