I have received an email from ex husband solicitor stated that when I made financial claim form A I mentioned saying I did not provide an email address for my ex husband to the court which is a lie. Telling me to sign to agree to adjourn the court. I have posted before about this. I don’t want to adjourn the court date should I reply? I don’t have a solicitor but ex husband have one.

The Form A you filed should include all his contact details, can you check it to see.

@Mia2468 I have just checked and have added his previous home address and would’ve got the bundle from them but not email address. He hasn’t submitted his form E should I agree to adjourn or not reply?

Nothing will be achieved without his Form E. You could agree to a short adjournment (agree a timescale ) provided a specific date is given when he will file his Form E by. Dont leave thing vague - insist on specific timings so things dont drift on endlessly.
