Is this the first time you’re paying into it? Because if you’ve paid before with the reference and it’s gone in, you just need wait as they or your bank may be having some technical issues or might be because it’s the weekend.
Otherwise If it’s your first time, check to see if you used the correct reference number

Yes, this is different. It is not instant.

Yes slow as shit. Can take a day or so to reach the provider too.

So basically you send a payment with your reference on right but it's not to your seperate account. It's to the service's bank account and then they have go allocate that to your account with them. That can take a little time so don't panic.

I use tax free childcare, it doesn't show up on the weekend, same when being paid as a childcare provider throughtax freechildcare, it won't go in at the weekend, will show up on Monday

Plus then they have to assign their top up too. I find it's usually done by the end of the next working day

As others have said, it’s definitely not instant. You need to give it between 24-48 hours to come out of their main account, top up applied and into yours.

And don't worry, if you have made a mistake (I did once) then it will, eventually, be returned to you.
