Can't let go of anger

I won't go into detail here, however my sil and other members of my inlaws have always treated me very differently over the past 10 years.
They exclude me from things, spread lies and laugh at me behind my back.
I just ignore and let them get on with it.

Now however they've started excluding my children from their cousins and they're starting to notice and ask me why.
This has made me absolutely furious and I've sat here swearing (not in front of the dc) and just fuming for the past 2 days.

Issue is, I keep them at arms length now personally but still go over to visit etc with my dh. So basically I'm just sat here pissed off and making snide comments about them to myself (like a loon) and the only person it's affecting is me!
I'm not a jealous bitter or angry person naturally but this is making me into one.

Long story short : I want to know how to let go of my anger and bitterness and just be free of it. I have noticed it makes a difference to my health when I'm like this and as my dc are older they notice I'm in a bad mood for seemingly no reason.

If anyone's been in a similar situation, how did you learn to let go of these feelings?

Also it's not worth me starting an argument with them over things before anyone asks for numerous reasons.
