To get pregnant again with a mild prolapse?

I was diagnosed with a mild bladder prolapse after my second baby turned one, though I think I had at least some damage from the first induction where they forgot to catheterise me after epidural and induction drip and stretched my bladder to double size during induced labour… didn’t get diagnosed though in between dismissive GP saying give it time and then lockdown preventing the physio referral going through though had weird internal pains and a constant feeling like I needed to wee…

One GP made it sound like my insides would fall out if I had anymore babies - another made it sound like a grade 1 prolapse was totally normal by the time you’d had two babies so nothing to particularly worry about. I did ask for a gynaecology referral but waiting lists are over a year and was told my problem might be too minor to get seen anyway…

I did pay for a private physio session so have now been taught to kegel properly at least… though she said she’s not allowed to advise on pregnancy questions. After months of kegels the constant need to wee feeling has mostly gone - but still have strange uncomfortable feelings internally like a scar pulling

So Aibu to just go for it anyway as the damage is mostly already done? Or is a third baby a daft idea likely to leave me with bigger problems?

Has anyone found a third baby did/didn’t make much of a difference and/or actually been able to get gynaecological advice in a similar situation?
