To feel out of my depth?

aibu to feel like this?

I am 26 & started a “senior” promotion in summer, same company but new team. No one in my team works in my office so I’m sat all alone. I don’t get much support or social contact in role and it’s hard to gauge how my team are, their perception of me, what I need to support them with etc. I have full autonomy but simultaneously zero support from my manager and often contradictory messages

without having any one at all as a sounding board I feel a bit stuck when conflict arises. I don’t have a problem with the rest of the role, and think I’d likely thrive if I had more feedback and 1 to 1s or was able to build rapport in person.

Ask your manager for weekly 20minute (at a minimum) 121's either face to face or via teleconference, "to keep them in the loop, check in on your progress & to make sure your meeting goals & targets" . If they are unhappy with that & refuse, they're not managing you properly & I'd raise it with HR.
