To feel guilty for sick leave as a teacher?

Teacher in Ireland. I was unlucky enough to test positive for covid in September so I missed 6 days. (Thankfully the weekend came in between so it was only 6 work days). I have had 2 days off with a horrific vomiting bug, caught it when it was going around staff at work. And yes I was washing my hands a lot! I still got it; I think my immune system is low after Covid. Then one day with a bad eye infection. I feel terrible that it all came at once, and I’m worried I look unreliable. It is my first year in the job. Also, I’m now terrified that I’ll get sick in winter, and need more time! AIBU to feel such guilt?!

Don’t feel guilty, there’s nothing you can do. Maybe some supplements (vitamin d?) will help but better to be off sick than risk spreading it to kids
