If there is a weather warning then people who can work from home should - AIBU?

Discussion in the office today - hybrid working set up - you're expected in any 2 days a week plus one set day depending what team you're on.

People set to come in Wednesday and Thursday are saying if there's a weather warning advising against travel then they should be allowed to stay at home. Boss is arguing that before WFH they'd still have come in. I agree with those saying they should stay home. AIBU?

What does the warning actually say?

I know Jersey has issued a stay at home warning... whereas other areas just says heavy rain expected.

It's yellow for wind and rain but close to the Amber warning area for wind and staff may commute from there
