To ask if they can just ignore me ?

Had to go through the financial ombudsman for an issue relating to fraud. The conclusion was that I was owed £150 for stress relating to the matter. Yet the company involved have not responded. Can they just ignore me and not pay?

You should write back to the ombudsman. They should sort it out.

I have done so but still no response from the company
