I was at a soft play Halloween party with my DC and ‘Unholy’ came on by Sam Smith. Is this an inappropriate song for children’s party?

Ha ha my kids love this . All fun and games until my 11 year old started asking questions! It goes over small kids head but I probably wouldn’t play it purposely at a kids party in case someone got their knickers in a twist. Could it have popped up on a playlist?
