To wonder if someone put these cones out on purpose

Does any one know what these parking cones mean? They are outside my house where I normally park so I didn’t know if I could park there or not. There has been no notice of road works and no other signs. Just these cones outside my house next to the curb in a row of 3 spread out

No parking. Red route / urban clearing.

Depends who put them there. The sign means no parking. But if they look exactly like that, could be a local dickhead, not the Council.

Do you have any neighbours moving in or out? That will be the most usual reason for someone to try to block off some space.

We do however have a CF on the next street over who have tried to put out cones to reserve space for their van in the evenings, as they live in a flat with no parking. They have not responded positively to the cones being politely stacked and placed to one side of the pavement.
