Tried to submit a meter reading and it kept saying they wouldn't except it because it seemed to high so attempted a web chat

I was only 460 and in the queue !

How does the reading compare to your last one?
What sort of meter? Dials with arrows or numbers? Are you sure you're missing out the numbers after the '.'?

It's a new digital one - got through in end but I started at 460 in the queue !
