I kept hearing the hype about Yellowstone so I upgraded using the tv to get paramount plus thinking I'd watch the series and then cancel
The money has come out of my bank , I downloaded the QR code , all fine , went to log in and it just keeps saying the email or password is wrong
Clicked the reset password link - nothing comes through even though you have to physically type the email in again so it's not a wrong email address
Rang sky . Sky say it's a third party so nothing to do with them .
Went on internet to try and find contact details- it's American, no telephone contact , tried the web chat - get automated message saying no agent available.
So now I have a rolling subscription that I can't use and can't cancel .
Why can't you just speak to a human !
I've got to wait until the payment comes out to get the bank to do anything.
Be warned - don't just try and get a paramount +
It's feee for sky cinema subscribers but I'm having a nightmare having tried to subscribe myself .
