I am very pissed off about this.
Anybody thinking about buying from Sports Direct should be aware, especially anybody considering buying Christmas gifts there.
- No refund, only credit note.
- if you receive a credit note MAKE SURE you take a photo of it. My credit note was printed on shiny paper, and the bar code faded away to nothing
- Store advised to contact Customer Services
- Customer Services won’t help, seemingly lost or damaged credit are not their problem. EVEN the fact that it was the poor quality of the credit note that causes the issue.
AIBU to expect a lot better from Sports Direct?
I certainly will not buy from them again.
I will note the people in store were lovely, but nothing they could do to help.
