Do you wash your hair before going to the hairdresser?

So due at a hair appt tomorrow and my hair would be due a wash, not dirty as such but will be fairly greasy tomorrow (day 3) is it bad form to turn up at the hairdressers like that or is it fine. I usually wash my hair before going but then its gets washed twice in a day… bit much…

Depends - my hairdresser prefers dirty hair for a colour service. For just a cut and blow dry I'd wash it.

Yes I usually wash it the day before I go. I get a colour and like to go with clean hair, because if I don’t my stylist runs his fingers through my hair and says he’ll shampoo me first and I feel embarrassed!

You’re literally paying them to wash it so why do it yourself? Obviously if you haven’t washed it for weeks and it’s disgusting, that’s different, but it’s day 3!

If I don’t wash it myself, the hairdresser will wash it and charge extra for it. But she does a real nice headmassage while washing. Depends what mood i’m in and if i have enough time.
