Does anybody have any experience with CCJ's dropping off after 6 years?

6 years ago today I was given a CCJ, I'm currently going through a credit check to see if I pass?

Yes I had a couple.. all gone. My credit score is now fab and I managed to get credit which I thought I never would have been able to do (although it was only a small amount and I paid it back quite quick as I didn't want to ruin my score haha) but its like they never existed.

I had one, dropped off after it was paid in full, I have an excellent credit score now and DH and I just became homeowners this month 😁

I'm not sure it will drop off on the exact date that it was applied, credit reference agencies don't update your accounts daily.

Have you checked your credit file to see if it is still there? There are a few sites where you can do that for free:

www.clearscore.com
www.experian.co.uk

Credit references ages don't update in real time but give it a month or two and it should be gone. Did you settle it?
