Where do people find the best fudge? Somewhere that delivers nationally 🙂

I love a bit of Rolys Fudge Pantry. Very sickly and sweet, just how I like it! Always makes me think of family holidays in Lyme Regis. They do a sea salt one which is my favourite.

I was going to say this too. I don't usually particularly like fudge, or salted caramel, but I tried a sample of Melting Pot salted caramel fudge at St George's Market a few weeks ago and it was gorgeous.

The best fudge in the world ever is from The Toffee Shop in Penrith.

I love The Kilted Fudge Company although it's been a while since I've ordered as I can't stop eating it when I do have it in the house.

Make your own! Its my xmas hobby every year to make fudge. Its so easy in the microwave, there are loads of recipies online + you can experiment with boozy versions. The chocolate versions produce the glossy silky fudge. Sugar based are more melt in the mouth + can go crumbly. Avoid adding any toppings + if it doesn't set, just zap it again! My favourite is mince pie fudge (with a little added booze), it just melts in the mouth 🥧🎄

I love this idea for a thread. Now I have to make the mince pie fudge and also order some, but I like that small businesses are getting recommended outside their area.

I love the way it melts in your mouth.

Mind you, I had some lovely fudge this summer that was bought in the Aran Islands, Galway, made by Man of Aran Fudge. The flavours I loved were Honeycomb, and Whiskey.

Orkney fudge is best. It's a tablet and so gorgeous.

Oh dear, with so many amazing looking suggestions I can't help but feel we will all be swapping GD for Type 2 😫.

The toffee shop Penrith has the best fudge I have ever tasted. It has a short shelf life so you have to eat it quickly (maybe not as quickly as I eat it) it's amazing I want some now.

This. Any other fudge is a mere shadow of Toffee Shop fudge.
