Is the email I just received of ExH.

He is blocked on everything and I have set an email address for us to communicate for DS.

He is an emotionally abusive, paranoid, manipulative, controlling narcissist and with a gambling addict to top it off.

He just wants a reaction - I'm sure of it and I am using the grey rock method so I haven't responded to that part of the email and only answered the part in regards to DS.

How dare he say he hopes I recover from all the abuse HE gave me! Just using Mumsnet to get out my anger!

But yes you are right...now that I've calmed down I can see that this might do me a huge favour. I've called the police on him once before and I'm hoping I won't have to do it again but this would be beneficial to me if I do.
