I posted about a month ago re: cancer genetic screening. Got my results and I tested negative for all known mutations, which is great news. However a “variant of unknown significance” was detected. According to my counselor these are usually benign, but there’s not enough data at this point to know. Anyone else had this result? If so, did you ever hear back with more information? Apparently it can take years for science to figure it out.
