Posting here for traffic as it is driving me crazy trying to find reviews online for the Santa Experience at London Zoo!
I know they didn't do a santa experience over covid but I can only find one review from 2022 on facebook which isn't favourable! It sounds like a great combo of seeing the animals and Santa but I don't want to book tickets if it is not good :-(
Did they run it last year or is this the first year they have had a grotto?
