There's lots for me but this one by The (Dixie) Chicks I'm just in love with.
I wish I had Natalie's beautiful voice, but everything in this, the violin, the harmony I just think is absolutely beautiful.

It is apparently the most covered song of all time, so the income generated would keep me in the life to which I would love to become accustomed.

Agreed, also in a world of terrible cover versions, the Jennifer Warnes collaboration Album with Leonard Cohen is just beautiful through and through.
