I ordered a couple of things from them and they charge for P&P. Fair enough.
As for returns, it's the most ridiculous system I've come across, I had to give them a call to get clarity. If you can't return to store (which many can't as they don't have many stores):
- There's no online returns form. You have to manually get a piece of paper and write your order number and email address on it.
- You have to pay for return postage (I can understand some small shops ask you to pay for returns but this is a massive brand!)
- Once you have returned it, you have to CALL them up to tell them you have returned it and ask them if they've received it. They will then issue a refund.
Being such a large brand AND charging quite alot for their baby items, surely they could have an easier way for returns for their online customers?
