To ask for the best independent restaurant in Leicester?

Will be there for a work trip. Any suggestions? Colleague particularly likes "unusual" food, such as Vietnamese, Malaysian etc. Anything like that? Or any non-chain recommendations in the centre?

Try Kayal, incredible South Indian food, near the train station but still city centre. Totally different to what most people think of when you suggest Indian food.
