You know your famous, when someone anonymously makes a FB post about you!

Just that really. On a local FB page. Anyone else been in the same situation? Made me laugh. Will remember to make sure I don't ask for my poached egg to be redone 😂

I was infamous on fb and the local newspapers for a short while when I was accused of trying to snatch a kid off the street. Letters went out to the local schools and everything.

My DS was the subject of much excitement once. Three tall skinny "drug addicts" casing the neighbourhood regularly, in the early hours with their baseball caps and rucksacks.

It was him and his mates walking home from their closing shift at McDonalds 😆

Trainplan
Stopped my car to chat to a lad who was on the opposite side of the road, ended the conversation and carried on driving. The lady that reported me to the police described me as being in my 50s. Cheeky cow, I was only 37!!!

No thank god as the only soul I told in the world was my bestie. Who pissed herself laughing. I then spoke to the police who also had a great laugh at my expense. Despite the frothing about women child snatchers on fb, I was not going to put any of the posters straight because I was too scared of vigilantes who would assume I was guilty despite the fact that no child was actually snatched.

Jeeps that's heavy stuff. Glad it all worked out. I was in a local cafe and I ordered a poached egg. When It came it was rock solid and indelible. The rest was fine, I asked politely could I have another egg!!!

Heh...yeah, I get that. Somebody even went as far as to set up an entire website about me, and somebody else went ham on their (fairly popular at the time) YouTube channel trying to get me shut down and ruin my life.

Oh, and one guy tried to wreck my marriage and get me arrested and went to the papers to ruin my reputation because I caught him scamming people on an industrial scale.

It's nice to be appreciated :)

I am listed on IMDB which I thought was fairly internet famous until my DH found out he was also listed on IMDB. Neither of us work in film or the media.
