To look for recommendations for a girly weekend in November

I need a break from life ! I am looking for recommendations for somewhere to go with my best friend for a girly weekend - we are both in our forties and in need of sunshine, cheesy clubs (ideally with live cover bands/tribute acts) and a break from work and kids. Any recommendations please ?

Not sure about live bands etc but in Nov last year I went to Lanzarote with 4 of my friends to celebrate my 50th and we had the best time ever. Just chilling. No one calling "Mammy". No agenda, just go with the flow. There was 2 nights planned as a surprise to do something special for me but apart from that if you wanted to stay by the pool you stayed. If you wanted a glass of wine in the afternoon you had one. It was fab.
