Anyone in NHS working hybrid in London query re London weighting

Posting in AIBU for traffic. Does anyone work in London with agreed hybrid through a flexible working request. Do you lose a proportion of your London weighting allowance for the days you have agreed are home based?

You need to be in the high cost area for at least 40% (I think) of your working time to get the high-cost area allowance. It's not proportional - you either get it or don't.
