10 minutes in as I hadn’t changed the channel from Bake Off(!).

It makes me feel so uncomfortable to listen to people talk in such a way.

Anyone else feel the same? I’ll be changing the channel shortly!

Yep me too. I haven’t watched any before this but just let it run and then had to turn off after a few minutes. I just don’t get it. Abuse claims all over the media but you can sign something and be paid to have abuse thrown at you for entertainment. Just not for me.

I just don’t see the need for it. Surely you can do all of the things they do without name calling and essentially bullying? Spraying water in their faces directly from a hose and pushing them into water… (and whatever else has happened in the last half hour - I switched over!)

I'm guessing that's what instructors in the SAS are like?

I thought that was the point, to break you. And f you don’t break, you’re ‘strong’ enough for the SAS.

It’s how they’re trained, if you’re captured then you’re likely to be tortured for information.
In the forces you’re taught to deal with being held in water, gas chambers and other similar situations in training and that’s what they’re getting a look into.
