To expect lodger to shut bathroom door?

She shuts it when she is showering but for the past 20 minutes she has been washing her face/brushing her teeth and goodness what else.

i would prefer not to hear her bathroom rituals.

Is there an extractor fan in the bathroom.
Assuming she is trying to de steam the bathroom after the shower so she can see in the mirror?

Tell her to keep the door shut.

Wouldn't bother me, but if it does you say something - sure she'll be happy to oblige
