Anyone else. like me, desperate to reach their goal weight by the end of 2023?

I started yesterday, did a lot of walking and went to the gym even though I didn't feel like it - knew realistically I'd feel worse if I didn't go.

I'm 12 stone 8 - I weighed myself yesterday.

Me please! I'm starting tomorrow. I've got a 'big' birthday coming up and have put on a couple of stone over the last few years

Yes me! I'm trying to get 10 kilos down by the begining of December.

I'm in a calorie deficit, walking every day and doing hiit three times a week.

Can I join in too? I'm trying so hard, and getting down about the pounds not shifting.

I joined a gym 4 months ago, go 3 x a week, and have lost 1lb 😄 But! Feel really good and sleeping much better.

Also intermittent fasting.
Trying to be positive!

I'm trying to lose 12 pounds over the next 2 months so happy to join you :)

Also doing calorie controlled, but spreading total cals over 7 days to see if a bit of flex can help me stick to it better. I really need to gain some motivation to exercise more too!

Currently battling a chest infection so not eating much anyway but I'm looking to loose a stone at least but struggling with menopause weight gain around my bum and Tim and it's really getting me down.

Ah that's a similar level I want to lose!

Calorie counting by far works best for me!

I've never tried HIIT but would love to at some point

Ah - it's great you feel much better anyway !!

I've found from past experience that an 800 calorie a day diet plus 2 litres of water a day WILL shift the pounds !! We've got this ! 🙌

Me please! I had DD2 12 weeks ago, I am 1 stone 12.5lbs down and another 1st 9lbs to go. I've been going to the gym 3-4 X a week and one of those is a PT session + calorie counting

I usually do keto, which works really well for me, but I've got a bit too much on this week to get my head around it, so I'm going to low cal for a week first. Good luck everyone!

Lockdown, plus losing my mum, has sent me into a spiral. Need to lose about 2.5 stone.

I'll join got roughly 2 stone to lose.
I'm 5ft 3" and just over 11 stone 😩 I've been having less calories daily & taking the stairs everyday instead of the lifts; this includes in work, train stations, supermarkets/shops and last Sunday I actually cycled to my mums but ruined it by having a few brandy's while there and had my partner pick me up instead of cycling home 😖

Feeling a bit more "okay, can do this" reading all your posts.

I'm going to try and cut out sugar too, I'm at the point where I feel like my body needs a good kicking. (She doesn't really, she's been through a lot...but she's got too big!!) 😄

Okay! New fasting days are Friday and Sunday as I've work Mon-Thurs and can't face the 3pm slump whilst fasting too!!
