Bought brand new oven from Currys 16 months ago.
Heating element broke after 8 months.
Got it repaired under the 1 year warranty.
Now broken again 8 months down the line
Currys saying no longer covered and there's a £119 callout fee for repairs.
Have escalated to out of warranty team, should hear from them within 48 hours.
Do I have legal rights here? Paying out £119every 8 months isn't affordable especially when the goods cost £360 brand new!
