Sorry not really a Aibu but more of what the hell do I do. We are having a real nightmare with our ds right now. He is 16 years old and just started sixth form. We have known that he has smoked weed for a while but although we have tried everything to stop him it hasn’t worked. Today he went into town which is about 3 miles away. He met up with a friend who is a girl and he said he was going to another’s friends house. I dropped him off but then followed them at a distance. They walked for about 10 minutes to the really poor area and entered a house. They were 5 minutes and then they came out. Wwyd?

Phone the police.

Talk to the school safeguarding lead and take advice/share concerns .
Is very tricky , educate your son about county lines . Try and have an honest conversation with him .
