To tell you about my dream?

I had a dream last night I was walking at night and it was dark and I wanted a drink. So was walking and saw a woman come out of a corner shop so I went to go in. Don’t ask how I knew what to do it was a dream! But I pressed a button on the outside and a woman opened the door and it was an all women’s corner shop/mini supermarket that a woman buzzed you in to while it’s late at night and dark!

Cant see how it would really work IRL and you would assume that if you went into any public establishment that you’d be safe but even still I thought how fab.

Sounds great, OP! A new business idea.

You'd have to allow male children in, though, to make it work!

Sounds great, but it would have a lot of men demanding to be let in because it 'wasn't fair'.

Luckily there were none in my dream doing that! Just a handful of women minding their own business. Even in a dream, it felt like such a nice environment.

Makes you think, how great would it be if there were ‘safe spots’ throughout busy cities where women could buzz in if they felt they needed to stop somewhere safe. Of course police stations are such places but i live in a busy city and there are certainly no places like it in the city centre where I am
