Based on what? Not sure if there’s an official way to calculate it tbh 😁 looking at the pic, maybe 25%.

See to me I'd say as grey, just different tones.

How do you actually calculate that? Count each hair by colour?

Yes the percentage would be the percentage of white hairs, wouldn’t it? They then give the appearance of tones of grey.
