AIBU to think that if you have a problem with everyone then you may be the problem?

An online frien, who lives in the U.S, is constantly complaining about everyone he interacts with in a store or any form of customer service and I mean literally everyone. There is seemingly no situation in which the staff aren't idiots and don't make major errors

I hate bad customer service too but I refuse to believe that literally every single person he meets is that incompetent or useless.

I've been listening to him for years and I'm tired of it. AIBU to think that the real problem is likely to be him and not everyone else?

Yep, he’s the common factor in all these negative situations

Or perhaps it could be that for whatever reason, mentally, their tolerance is reduced and therefore everything and everyone is a problem?

You always take the weather with you.
