I want to try and get into a healthy routine this autumn- anyone got any tips about it what helps them feel the best they can? I know I need to do a bit more exercise but it’s hard to get motivated! Just looking for little things I can do everyday to help me feel good!

I bought a sunrise alarm clock. It makes me feel like more of a human and less of a cave troll getting up in the dark mornings.

I was a bit sceptical about them but they do work (for me anyway). It has a nice sunset feature too which keeps me off my phone last thing at night, I set it for half an hour and read til it’s too dim to see.

Mon - Fri I have a bowl of (usually homemade) soup for lunch. Tasty, filling and good for you, especially if you're keeping an eye on your weight. Can get boing hence why I ditch it at the weekends.
